Dr. Edelstein earned his Bachelorâ??s Degree and Doctorate in Medicine at Boston University. He then completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at UCLA Medical Center, followed by his fellowship in Gastroenterology also at UCLA Medical Center. UCLA is consistently rated one of Americaâ??s best hospitals (#3 in the country) and it ranks #5 in the United States for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders (US News and World Reportâ??s 2009 Best Hospital Rankings).
