General Info
We help you live the longest and healthiest life possible in your body. Using Body Consciousness Techniques - meditation, pressure points, ring muscles, and touch triggers - we help you identify the quality and quantity of the energy in your body, and provide Self-management Skills - breathing, good nutrition, sufficient rest, and active lifestyle - to enable you to use this energy in the best possible manner. You will learn simple and sensible everyday tools of how to be at your best today, next month, and decades down the road. For example, a healthy 85-year-old active and engaged in life; granted, in an 85-year-old body, but the best version of that body at that age.
