I am very pleased with the results of my surgery. I was back to work in 3 days (although I wouldn't recommend that) and I look totally refreshed without any evidence of having had surgery. Dr. Diamond truly deserves the reputation he has developed over the years as the top facial plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills.

I had some work in the past that I was not thrilled with so I really did my homework and decided to see Dr. Diamond. I had a brow lift, cheek lift, neck lift , chin implant and lip lift. Everything came out beautifully. My colleagues couldn't believe how good I looked when I returned to work 2 weeks later and no one even suspected that I had surgery. People thought I had just taken a relaxing vacation. I am extremely pleased with the work that Dr. Diamond did for me and so appreciative for the care and thought he put into everything from the initial consultation all the way to post operative care.

I had rhinoplasty in New York in 2001 and it was a disaster. My nose looked awful and I could not breathe. I couldn't even take pictures because I hated the way my nose looked. I saw Dr. Diamond for a consultation and he told me that it would be a very complex surgery. I finally got the nerve up to do the surgery. Dr. Diamond needed to rebuild my nose with cardilage from my rib and muscle from my forehead. The surgery took 6 hours. I am soooo happy with the results this far. It had it done 1 year ago and my nose looks great. I have a smile on face every time I look in the mirror and I love taking pictures now.
