An Agency that boasts on their website to have 24/7 Services and to never be alone but that's exactly what you will be. The people are to have their own help or do without majority of the time. DO NOT TRUST this So called Agency! None of what NCI's Website says is true! Employees and consumers alike are treated poorly and just used. What they can get out of you is their goal. Lies from the first day to the last!! NCI does not pay enough to cover for gas and you drive nearly an hour to work just 1 hour! You can not count on or trust NCI to do the job. Administration staff, you've got it coming, may KARMA take it's toll on each of you!! Hope what you need one day will be denied. Treating staff as you do is why you don't have employees to send. Pathetic excuses and complete lack of care for people ALL the way around! Don't let the sweet sounding voice on the phone fool you! Save yourself the troubles and LOOK for another Job or home care support. Good riddance NCI!!
