General Info

After graduating from Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, Israel, in 2006, Dr. Eli Halpert completed a one-year residency/internship in General Surgery at SUNY Downstate. Dr. Halpert then completed his training in Diagnostic and Vascular and Interventional Radiology at The Saint Raphael and Beth Israel Medical Center. In addition to the hospital based practice of Interventional Radiology, Dr. Halpert has focused his interest on out-patient practice building and community outreach in Womens Health (treatments for symptomatic uterine fibroid, pelvic congestion syndrome, venous insufficiency/varicose veins, as well as kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures) and cultivating strong relationships with community podiatrists and vascular specialists in promoting advanced wound healing and limb salvage treatment programs for patients with peripheral vascular disease.
