I called this location (Bethlehem on 191) around 7:15pm to ask if they carried a certain brand of wine - and before I could get all of my words out the guy rudely cut me off and said "we're closed, we're closed!" I just wanted to know for future reference. Why answer the phone then if you're closed? At least answer the question... dang! Ugh. Moving on to another store...

Last week I had one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had at a shopping location at the Wine & Spirits store in the WestGate Mall in Bethlehem, PA. I spoke to one of the managers on the phone about having wine tasting party, he was very helpful and told me to stop in that day and speak with him. When I got there another manager would not let me speak to the original manager that I spoke with. This manager would not leave his raised glassed area to speak with me. The tone of voice and his extreme volume was degrading, all of the cashiers and shoppers were starring. When I told him about the wine tasting he kept on repeating himself they do not do it or help with it. All I did was want to get away from this man. I have never felt so embarrassed or had been treated like this before.I was so afraid to ask anyone a question about the purchase I was trying to make that I only got half of what I needed. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
