Friendly and HONEST!!! Its hard to find a Good business like Hanks.

Extortion! The worst company I have ever had to deal with, extremely disrespectful and rude. The workers who tried to tow my car lied to me about the prices. I have a residential parking pass for a college campus and had parked my car in a residential parking spot to run into a store for 3 minutes. When I came back out, they were trying to tow my car and I told them that I would move it immediately and that it was a misunderstanding as I did not know that this residential spot was for apartments and not for college students. They said that nobody had called in to report my car parked in the wrong space (as I had been in the store for 3 minutes), and that they drive around at night to find cars that need to be towed, They charged me $220 for not even towing my car. I had asked what would happen if I did not pay them $220 right then, and they said they would tow my car and I would have to pay over $400 to receive it back. The next day I called the garage that had towed my car, and they put me on speaker phone, kept talking over me, and were mocking/laughing at me in the background. They said that if I had not paid the $220 right away, I would've been charged $270, not the $400 that the worker had lied to me about. They also lied to me again and said that somebody had called my car in, when the night of the incident, the worker had told me that no one reported my car. They drive around looking to screw people over and take advantage of people by lying about prices and policy. They treated me like a joke when I tried to talk to them. They never gave me a chance to speak and never answered any of my questions directly. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and humiliating.
