Bond & Company is a smaller, specialized executive search and recruiting firm. We focus on our clients' staffing needs so they can focus on their business. We offer the service and quality of a traditional retained search firm on a contingent basis, and specialize in placing "change agents" with proven records of professional and quantified accomplishments.We pride ourselves on not wasting our clients' or candidates' time. We send fewer candidates because we do a better job of quantifying each company's needs, and specifically match the best candidates to the job and organization. We rarely fill jobs out of "inventory", as do most contingent firms. Although we limit our client development to the Northeast, we can and do recruit nationally. Our years of experience enable us to provide candidates who are targeted to specific staffing needs on a highly expeditious basis.Over two decades we have perfected techniques and strategies to help companies find, hire, and develop top-notch candidates who will, in turn, help those companies grow and prosper. We provide a more diverse candidate pool as our well-developed roster of contacts ensures a steady flow of candidates both local and beyond the immediate geographical area who might not otherwise be considered. Over the years we have averaged one offer for every four initial interviews and have had approximately three out of four offers accepted.
