Everyone seems to get along well so when you arrive they are genearlly quite prompt because they will help oneanother when needed. Be sure you're on time, if you are with a popular stylist and 15min late you can expect to have to reschedule for another time. I see Indira generally. She is great with long hair - i've seen her do short hair too but I have long hair and find that it can be hard to get a "style" from a cut if you go to just anyone. She does a great job giving me a style that i can wear curly or straight. She is nice and consistent and on time. Twice i've had to go in when she wasn't there and saw Tanya and another lady (the other works next to Indira's spot) and both were fantastic as well. Everyone looks good when they leave so all stylists must be good there. :-)
