Customer service for repairs is terrible. They just don't care . My instrument was left for repair and they never contacted me about it. When I contacted them days later, they couldn't find any record of it . Finally I find out they never even looked at it or made an estimate. They must not need the business, because they acted like they could not have cared less.

I pleased I with Ellis Music and the repair work done on my trumpets. The brass repairmen Gordon is a true artist and craftsman and did an excellent job. Gordon repaired three of my trumpets and they looked and played great. I found the cost for repairs was very reasonable. Gordon determined that the fourth trumpet had a manufacturing problem and suggested I send it back to the manufacturer. Gordon was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I couldnt be happier!
