Fast Track to the Emergency Department – if necessary, we can immediately fast track children to the Emergency Department or arrange an appointment with a specialist at Children's Hospital. Driving Directions: Children’s Express Care–Bethel Park, near South Hills Village Mall, is located on the ground floor level of the UPMC South Hills building at Children’s South. Enter via the rear, lower level entrance. Free parking is available on site. Many health insurances accepted.

Excellent Care
As an RN and mom of four I was pleased with the care and service my son received at Children's Express Care-Bethel Park. The staff was courteous, he was evaluated in a timely manner and x-rays performed that evening were read within 30 minutes. Parents need to understand that this is a specialty facility, not your PCP, the co-pays are charged accordingly. Follow-up care or services with a specialist may be necessary and are the responsibility of the subscriber.
The care was mediocre but the billing was atrocious. Warning - your visit will be billed as a *specialist*, not an urgent care which could mean additional money out of your pocket (for a different co-pay or even for the entire bill if your ins requires a referral for a specialist). Be careful with visits here, they could be costly!
