I used to live at Villa Glen Apts. years ago and they were great and management was nice. I moved back about a year ago and they have been AWFUL every since they became under new management. If you are late on your rent there is a eviction notice on your door, however, when pest request, as well as other requests, are submitted, you have to call back 5 times before a response is given and action is obtained. The buildings looks as if they are about to fall in, every single day there is a water bug as well as other bugs in my apartment and around my door, in the kitchen, and bathrooms. I do not keep a nasty apartment, so there is no excuse as to why I wake up to bugs every single day. I requested my apartment to be sprayed and it was never done. Dogs are barking constantly all day and night. I have reported and complained so may times and still have not received an resolution. I have spoken to other residents and they have the same issues as mine and well as additional issues. I am convinced there is a bug/roach/rat infestation. I pay rent, and all utilities on my own. Villa Glen pays for NOTHING, so I do not understand why they cannot at least start with exterminating the property, however, I noticed that two new signs were purchased to announce where the office is located. Ridiculous! I do not recommend these apartments at all. It is not worth the money or headaches. I will follow up with pictures.
