Have tried several times to get service and no one came or call.All I needed was the correct size of the filter on the system he installed. The office person was very rude to me also.

I have been trying for 2 days to get someone out here to look at my central a/c unit. Brian, the owner, said he would be out here Monday at 5:30, at 6:45 called him and he said he was on his way. I informed him that it was too late in the day as I have a 92 year old Grandmother and she goes to sleep early. We then agreed to 4 pm on Tuesday. Here it is almost 6 pm and despite my calling several times and leaving messages, he is nowhere to be found. I suggest you keep looking for another repairman as this one is obviously unreliable.

Bennett's Heating and Cooling installed two Rheem Classic quiet 90% gas furnaces after our old furnace went out. They were very professional and customer focused. They gave me allot of valuable information and shared their expertise. A different furnace had been delivered and by mistake installed - once this was noticed they right away ordered the correct furnace and installed it the next day. This was done without any fussing and only reassuring words from them - they displayed superb customer service. I can highly recommend Bennett's Heating and Cooling for your regular maintenance and installation.

This is a excellent company with the best prices around. The customer service is outstanding and is the best that I've seen in a long time. The tech's answer any question asked and explain anything that may not be understood. They finished the work in a timely manner and I reccomend them to anyone. They are not like the other company's who try to scam you; they really are a good company and do good work. I have a yearly service contract with them and hope you try them out beacuse I am a satisfied customer.

Made an appointment for them to come out and look at our heat pump. They never showed. I called back the next morning and they said they would page somebody. Nobody ever called or showed. Avoid them. Unreliable.
