The company provides services, both directly and as a general agent, through local agents and brokers. Those services range from design and installation of group insurance plans to account management to human resource outsourcing, primarily for employers headquartered in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Kistler-Tiffany Benefits have a staff of 65 consultants and administrative support personnel located in four separate offices throughout the region.
