      I used this shop to shorten a pair of palazzo pants for a formal affair. The pants had a double layer design with a sheer fabric over another fabric. His work was very professional, inexpensive, and fast. I believe he only charged me $22 for what had to be a lot of work. Highly recommend this gentleman.
