Associated Thermoforming specializes in plastics solutions, including vacuum and pressure forming, twin-sheet thermoforming, computer numerical control trimming and in-house tooling. It manufactures structural and decorative parts for the medical, automotive, recreation, food and beverage, and computer and data storage industries. Associated Thermoforming provides part and tooling design and fabrication, molding and trimming and finishing services. It operates a more than 76,000-square-foot facility that is equipped with tooling, forming, trimming and assembly equipment. The company has more than five computerized rotary and shuttle machines that are capable of vacuum, pressure and twin-sheet forming parts. Associated Thermoforming has been operational for more than 30 years and is located in Berthoud, Colo.
