ICC Indian Enterprises is the premier realty training and consulting services organization for American Indian Tribes and the companies and government organizations that support them. ICC offers regularly scheduled classes, customized on-site training, consulting services, and office automation solutions tailored to the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs ( BIA ), Office of the Special Trustee ( OST ), Bureau of Land Management ( BLM ), Mineral Management Service ( MMS ), Office of Hearings & Appeals ( OHA ), as well as private sector organizations that conduct business with Indian Tribes and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The success of the ICC method of instruction is attributed to the high level of expertise of the instructors and the utilization of case studies to provide trainees with hands-on experience. ICC MISSION STATEMENT We are committed to continuously improving our performance in providing quality training and services in Indian Real Estate field. ICC will develop the best Indian real estate expertise by providing quality training and services in all aspects of the Federal Indian real estate. Lela Beckwith, President, ICC Indian Enterprises and member of the Chickasaw tribe, retired from the Federal Government in August 1995. Lela has over 30 years of Federal, State, County, and private sector experience in Human Resources, Administrative Services, Personnel, Contracting, Procurement, Budget, Computer Operations, and Realty. Terry Beckwith is the Vice President of ICC Indian Enterprises and member of the Quinault Indian Nation. He provides consulting services and training in the field of Federal Indian Realty. He retired after serving nine years as the Director of the Palm Springs Field Office of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Mr. Beckwith has a broad experience in negotiating and drafting complex mixed-use development leases. His experience includes high-volume compliance activity in the fields of leasing, rights of way and trespass. Other areas of expertise include rights of way, probate, missing persons, and all aspects of surface leasing.
