Best company I have ever had respond to a call about my heat pump, in freezing weather. The gentleman was kind and courteous, and when he said there was nothing wrong it was just going through a cycle, he didn't even charge me , and then helped put up some shelter over the pump to protect it from more snow. Was here for about 10 minutes and will definitely be using this company in the future!

Amazes me this company is still in business. They performed service at my home and I had nothing but problems. Never addressed the problems and did not return calls. I had to hire another company to get the job done right. I found out too late that they had recently declared bankruptcy and just changed their name. That is a big red flag. Too late for me, but it may help you make a decision.

Worst experience I ever had....This company does not have a clue what they are doing. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Save you time and money and go with a reputable company.

I just recently had this company come out to do my maintenance on my air conditioner. They were very prompt, courtious, and polite. Will definitely be using them for my services from now on.

Run by complete crooks!! "replaced" a small part in my Ac unit that has a retail value of $5 that took a total of ten minutes to fix and my bill was $420?! The problem was not even resolved, the owner Marc cussed me out and I had to pay for a REAL company to come fix the problem! Save your money and call someone else

If there was an option for a zero star, that would be my choice. They sent me a technician to change my filter and he managed to screw my heating, instead of blowing warm air, now it blows cold air. I called them and they wouldn't come immediately to fix their mistake, they wanted to come the following week. I told them that was unaceptable and the technician cussed me out and threaten me so I had to file a formal complain. Totally unprofessional. Mark Anthony Inc. should be ashamed to have this quality of technicians with no interpersonal skills or professionalism.

Best company I have ever delt with. I call them 10:00pm because my heat was broken. They were there within 30 minutes. Only chargers me $89 and had my heat back up and running. The technician was very polite . I would definitely recommend them.

they do not even deserve one star as a rating. They were supposed to service my heater and after they did my heater did not work. So then they came to my home and claimed i needed an exspensive circuit board. Then 3 guys show up and spend about 10 min, one of them was acting high (under the influence) they charged me $680 for a part they did not put on. First of all the part has a suggested retail of about $200 and they claimed to charge me $480 for it and $200 for a 10 min job of installing. I had to call an actual repair service to fix the heater and found that they did not put any new part on my heater. Everything on my system was original parts. We have pictures. Thankfully we put it on our credit card and were able to stop payment but we also had to list the card as stolen because they had the number on the paperwork and we could not trust them. We sent them a letter telling them what happened and have not heard a word in return. I would suggest anyone thinking of calling do not!
