Stay away, I sent my 2010 zero turn in to have my bagger installed and they purposely broke the screw holes for the main housing, to sell me a brand new one. You can see where they used a screwdriver to tear the rugged plastic! I have before and after pictures of everything of all my parts, showing it WAS NOT damaged before it was picked up by them.They had my mower a total of 43 days to install the new bagger (over $700.00) and everytime I called, they had a new lie, about waiting for parts, or they just let the voicemail pickup!Manny is lazy and arrogant and refused to explain what was going on to me or my wife. You could hear him in the background, saying "I don't want to talk to them".After 43 days I finally got an anwser. I was informed the new bagger will not fit my machine. I told them to return it to me, which they did the following day.The mower was returned a complete, wreck! Filthy and rusty from sitting outside in the elements for nearly 2 months.My back bumper with my trailer hitch was missing. It was only partially assembled with missing parts and bolts that I had no idea where they went. I sent it out in ONE piece.Thats when I looked at my before photos and seen the bolt holes is the plastic bagger, I gave them to put on had been deliberately torn with force, for the obvious, to sell a new bagger! It left with a full tank of gas, came back empty. How could this be? Did they cut their grass with it.It looked like the bagger I gave them was being used before it was intentionally damaged, when they where faced with the realization, they couldn't fit the new bagger and had to return the old one! I swear, they sold mine, it was filled with grass clippings and dirt, it was immaculate when it was given to them.They picked up the bagger and mower with both manuals with my maintenance and serial #, they lost them both, I was given a generic printout of the mower manual only. Unacceptable! Bit shady at the least. Something shady happened with this mower and when they realized it all had to be returned in original condition, they panicked and that's when they decided to break the bagger, so I could never install one again and they slapped it back together with major missing parts and damage!Stay clear of this shady, dishonest, lazy place, full of arrogant people that acted like I was a burden and tried to make us feel like we where inconveniencing them! This is by far the worst experience I have encountered in my 53 years of doing business with ANYBODY!I contacted Ariens Corporate Offices and filed a complaint and I am moving forward with taking legal action for vandalizing my machine and the condition in which it was returned to me.DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR NONSENSE REPLY, IF THEY SHOULD HAVE THE AUDACITY TO POUR FUEL ON THIS FIRE WITH A REPLY OF LIES!I will be posting this zero star review with the help of my wife, family and friends on every platform possible! So nobody else has EVER got to go through this experience with these dishonest people!

great repair mechanic BUT when it's time to pickup a lawn mower or have equipment completed on time, the service is not good at this time . Maybe he should refuse customers until such time he can keep his own schedule of repairs.
