- Vacuuming[Bi-weekly client since 2016] “…By the way, the team did an AMAZING job last week. When I came home, they were vacuuming the ceiling!!!! They also made my daughter’s bedspread look so nice with texture and smoothing…”
- Steam CleaningCooperative Cleaning uses the HOST “Dry” Extraction Carpet Cleaning process that is totally unlike steam cleaning or carpet shampooing, which not only can take up to two days to dry, but often leaves a chemical residue to cause rapid re-soiling.
- Deep CleaningOK, so the term “Bright White!” might best be thought of in terms of white porcelain and what it looks like when it’s new, perfectly clean and looks like the picture to the left. But we also use it here to communicate the most thorough deep cleaning service we offer. In addition to being perfect for move in/move out situations, it’s for when your home has gone a long time between professional cleanings, when you feel your home needs a lot of extra care, such as when you want a true “Spring” cleaning service, or if you have areas that need a professional maid’s attention. These services are typically two to three times more extensive than (and sets the baseline for) a Subscription Service and will leave your home absolutely spotless!
- Floor CleaningWhen it comes to vinyl, tile, granite, stainless steel, aluminum, painted surfaces, marble, slate and wood floor cleaning solutions we have never found a situation where our “Certified Green” products have proven to be ineffective, and so one might be tempted to ask “…So why not just say you’re “green” 100% of the time?..” The dirty little secret is that when it comes to very dingy or badly stained porcelain, products such as Bon Ami (our default cleanser), baking soda, and mixtures of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and/or lemon juice, while certainly capable of making an improvement, may not take the job to the right level. So at the risk of being politically incorrect, sometimes the only way to get porcelain to a ‘bright white’ state is with a diluted bleach spray, or a bleach based cleaning product, but when it’s needed it is applied sparingly and used only upon customer request. Furthermore, we always double rinse surfaces to eliminate lingering residue and odor, and once the “baseline” has been set, revert back to the green products which, when applied regularly, do a perfectly acceptable job at keeping porcelain bright.
