Poulet provides dishes, flowers, linens, bartenders and everything needed to create the perfect party. Its special dishes include stuffed chicken breast, duck cassoulet, braised red cabbage, madeira mushroom gravy, cranberry orange relish, cornbread stuffing and tiramisu, among others. Poulet offers box lunches that are pre-made, portable meals, suitable for a picnic or business lunch, such as sandwich with pasta or vegetable salad, vegetable frittata with pasta salad and baguette as well as caesar salad with sliced chicken and baguette, among others.
