My advice to anyone considering taking your computer for repairs at the Computer Technologies Program. BEWARE, I took my laptop for repair there and they took nearly three months claiming they were backlogged with work, Then into the fourth month I called to find out about the repair to find they said I already picked it up. I was told they called me and I arranged to come pick it up. This never happened. Since, I have had there supervisor tell me I was attempting to defraud them and more. I am the one who's laptop was mysteriously taken and to have a supervisor accuse me. It's best not to trust this place until the get rid of the staff who are more then likely the thieves. These people are unreal. The only reason one star appears in this rating is because it wouldn't let me post otherwise.
