I'm Ed Fullerton; worked at Gregg Industries a foundry in California as a Process Engineer along With Jim Devenne we converted our process first in the No Bake area then in the core room. For over 3 years as a Process Engineer I used the Cast Clean Binder along with Devenne Catalyst with a very good results in the No Bake area; producing castings with very clean surfaces and odor free during the pouring process also we had very good results in the core room area using Devenne core binder with very good results. Also we where able to make very huges cores in our No Bake area using a continuous mixer with Nevada 60 sand and Green Diamond. All these test were documented allong with pictures. Gregg Industries was the first foundry in California to use JB Devenne molds binder and core binder.Edward J. Fullerton
