package delivered to wrong address constantly. driver does not read numbers correctly and delivers to neighbor with same numbers in different order. when calling bentwood office to speak to someone, MARSHA gets rude and wont let you speak. very unprofessional and states she is very busy. says she is the owner. would rate zero if possible. this has happened more than one last year also. she needs a job where doesn't work with public.

This site is absolutely garbage. My fiance was expecting a package which we missed one day because we were both at work. We got the standard we'll be back post it note, but alas they haven't been back and when we checked on the status it was "signed for" by a mysterious don. FYI there's no don in our house. Then when we went to get a claim done they tried to say it was delivered to us. Finally after arguing for what seemed like forever we got one filed only to have it deleted the next day so we made another one and it got deleted. I think we are up to 6 claims at this point. By the way the package that they lost is a $800 phone so on top of being incompetent I wouldn't be surprised if there was some shady things going on in this site. Both we and Verizon are looking at filing a police report against this site now. If I were you; refuse to buy from anywhere that uses UPS. Maybe then either the staff at this site will be replaced by competent people or a better company will come in and take over.

No stars due to very poor customer service. At no time during my call was I satisfied. Will never do business there and advise others not to either. Marsha was of no help and instead only infuriated me and cause me to hang up the phone
