The facility is above average in cleanliness and decorated like that of a home feel. My child has been in this center for a few years now and I absolutely love his teacher. She sees that my child gets the love that I would want my child to have from someone that we trust and she also goes above and beyond teaching the children. My only complaint- the directors are unprofessional. When reached out to, if I even get a response, it's rude and makes me feel as I am a bother! I chose to send my child to this school, above others, and feel as though I, as a customer, am unappreciated by the ones in charge themselves. When I have a concern and reach out to the owner one thing will be told to me but is never actually done. In short, communication between client and directors is unprofessional and they won't try and get to know you, making you feel appreciated but rather just money in their pocket.

This school is a cut above normal. It is very clean, with kind and nurturing people. The Director and staff hear my needs and exceed them. There is always something going on that benefits my children (IE: school parties, Parent's Night Out, PTO meetings, field trips, etc.) The waiting list is lengthy-but definitely worth the wait! Happy to be at WILD.
