We ordered a bed Jan 31st and was told it would be in on Feb 19th. We called Hanks on the 19th and they said they had 2 pieces in and would be getting the rest on the 26th of February. We waited to call again until the 28th of February and they said they had 2 pieces in and would have the rest March 19th. So, today March 20th I called again to check on the bed and they said they had 2 pieces in and it would be ATLEAST 2 weeks until the rest showed up. Here we are almost 2 months later without the bed we already paid for and no date insight as to when we will have it. I would not recommend anybody make any furniture purchase from Hanks.

I recently purchased a chaise lounge from Hanks and it has honestly been one of the worst buying experiences in my life. Not only did my lounge arrive with a large tear in the fabric, but the store manager was very rude and unprofessional when I spoke to him about the possibility of waiving the delivery fee because of my inconvenience. I asked him for the number of the Hanks corporate office and he not only refused to give it to me, but he told me that he was "as high as it goes." I spoke to someone in customer service after this happened and the representative hung up on me. I called today when I was on my way to finally pick up my chair and I was told that the warehouse was closed on Mondays. This is information that could have been useful to me sooner, last Wednesday the warehouse worker told me that I could pick my chair up Monday! I will never be shopping at Hanks again, I will also be sure to share my negative experiences with everyone I know.
