Raymond was great. Very professional, arrived when he said he would and did a great job on my bathroom sink and tub, he even did a little extra work on my toilet with no charge.
Misty in the office called after job was done to confirm my email and made sure I got my invoice.

I called at 10:15 am and got service the same day. They gave me a 30 minute window of time they would be there and they were right on! They also gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before they were to be at my house, so if I had forgot, I wouldn't miss them. He fixed the the broken hot water connection within 20 minutes and then went in the house (recently purchased) and checked all my plumbing (under sinks, tubs, etc) for leaks. He wanted to make sure I didn't have any problems after he left he said. This was a perfect experience and I will only use Richard Davis' Plumbing from now on. I think they are located in Rogers, but my house is in Centerton.
