Anytime ive needed a part, they are the only ones that have had it and could tell me all i needed about it! nice job guys and gals!

The only thing I could complain about is they are kind of busy this time of year, and when I dropped off and picked up there were old men in front of me that seemed to have all the time in the world to waste. But once it was my turn service was fast and friendly as could be. I took it in on a Thursday, and he told me it would be most likely the weekend when he got to it, and that he would have it Monday for sure. He also let me know based on the problem, if what we thought was wrong was indeed the issue the service would be about $65. I ended up getting a call the next day about 10AM, he's got it apart and it will be about $65, if I want to do it he can have the mower ready in a little bit. An hour later I picked it up, it was $67 with tax. He had forgotten to put the blade sharpening on the bill (not part of the original estimate), he did sharpen it, but they didn't charge me for that since he forgot to write it on the bill. It runs like a top now. It's a 20 year old mower, and he's about the only person around who still works on this type of Snapper, he also took the time to give me hints and suggestions to help make it last longer still. A+ experience all around.

After stating $10 fee just to look at my chainsaws, they were supposed to call us with an estimate of the repair costs. But it would take 2 weeks before they could get to it. 3 weeks later they call saying it was fixed and the bill turned out to be more than the chainsaw was worth new. They never made the estimate call, were almost impossible to contact, and took twice as long to fix it. AND it wasn't even repaired completely! Bad! BAD! BADDD!!!

Amazing service, repaired quickly, cost 1/3 of the price quoted by Sears. They also explained how to avoid the problem again.
