General Info

Like lots of people who go into health care, I was interested in the sciences. Growing up, I had a lot of good teachers who supported me. And doing rotations in medical school, family medicine seemed special to me. It blended my interests with human interaction. You need to find what you love to do. I?m interested in lots of aspects of health care, and family medicine lends itself to that. You treat lots of different conditions across all ages. You have to meet people where they are in their health care journey. Sometimes you say your health is well established, keep it up. Other times, it?s more difficult. I support patients by creating a space where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns. I like getting to know my patients. Family medicine lets you do that. I get to hear about their lives and their families and how that all intertwines. I want our clinic to be a space where you can share those concerns and know you?re going to be heard.
