I'm only giving it a one star because I have to. I called for a taxi to work an hour ahead of time. 30 minutes later I am writing this. Elite didn't answer when I called to see where they are, I should be clocking into work right now I Am still home, no taxi, no phone calls, no nothing. This has happened in the past for my husband when he needed to be dropped off or brought to work. No show for Elite. Not dependable, I don't care to go through them, I only did this because the others are too long of a wait. This is no way to leave a customer hanging.

Most unreliable taxi in the area. Always late to pick me up by at least 10 minutes.

Worst taxi ever. Dirty, dog hair, cigarette smoke, vomit in cars. And the time I had to wait is ridiculous don't even want to give them any stars

i DIDN'T EVEN WANNA GIVE THEM 1 STAR. I WAS TOLD 1 HOUR THEN BEFORE I KNOW IT 2 HOURS STILL NO CAB. CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY WHERE AND SHE GAVE ME EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. I SAID EXCUSES EXCUSES AND SHE SAID WELL HERES ANOTHER ONE DON'T CALL HER AGAIN AND HUNG UP. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THIS DISPATCHER SHOULD BE FIRED SEEING SHE THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY.

Thank you for giving my daughter and her sick baby a ride to the hospital !!!! So nice of you to do so not knowing whether the credit card payment had been put through yet. We so appreciate it !!!!

Afterthought....no wonder waterville police haul in so many OUIs.... With elite on the job, you have no way to get anywhere.

No stars. At important event in waterville, had to be at dinner at 7PM. Called taxi at 5:30 told it would be one hour, fine. Called back at 6:30 to check, it will be 30 min. More, OK. No taxi, 7:30 told it would be 45 more minutes....get real. If you can't fulfill your estimates, or serve your area....get out of this business.

You've got to be kidding me. 1.5 hours to be picked up 7 minutes away on a Monday afternoon. Unacceptable "service." At least tell me right off the bat so I know to watch a movie or write a book or something rather than saying it'll only be a half an hour.

They are always on time, nice and good priced.
