      Very rude, very unprofessional. Talks about patient's medical history in front of other patients. He is discriminative towards his patients. I would not recommend this doctor!
      Reprimand 10/06/2006 violated controlled substance regulation after redistributed prescription medicine between patients. Feel free to look this information up!
