Brown s Country Store and Restaurant, founded in 1973, is a restaurant and store in Benton, Ark. The restaurant specializes in made-to-order breakfasts, sandwiches and luncheon special of beans and cornbread. Its buffet is more than 100-feet long and offers more than 150 selections for lunch and dinner. The facility is spread over 13,000-square-feet and has four private dining rooms for parties, family get-togethers, church social, business and club meetings. Brown s two-storey gift shop offers a large variety of collectibles, hand-made quilts, gift cards, music and home d cor. Its candy shop features over 30 varieties of chocolates and more than 50 barrels of wrapped candy. Brown s Restaurant offers lunch buffet Monday through Friday and dinner and seafood buffet is available seven-days-a-week.

Food was not tasty. Boiled shrimp was strong therefore not fresh. Overall experience was not good. Do not recommend anyone to stop there and eat!

One of the larger if not largest buffet in central Arkansas, and also one of my least favorite. Much of the food on the buffet looks either less than fresh or,for other reasons, un-appealing. A lot to eat for the price if you can handle it.
Can't believe we've passed by so many times without stopping to enjoy Brown's great food. We won't make the same mistake again.
We have been eating at Brown's for 20 years. It is good down home cooking. Great selection. Fish, chicken, BBQ ribs. Lots of salads. Plenty of veggie choices. Fried green tomatoes! MMMMMM.
