Will never use again! I took a sentimental white gold wedding set my mother gave me to be sized down and informed him of one hairline crack in the top of the band to see if he could fix it before it got worse and was told it would be ready in one week. I visited often and called often. Three months later I pretty much demanded for my ring, he insisted it would be ready in another week, but I had heard that many times before. In top of all the hassle, I had to pay him to get my ring back 150.00! He had not even sized it but had broken it in two places! So I paid storage and damage fees I suppose. His excuse for the breakages were that kind of gold is too soft. My mom took it to a pawn shop in Raleigh and had it sized and fixed and was ready in a few days..cost..$30.00.
