St. Francis-St. Joseph Homes for Children, founded in 1888 and located in Bensalem, Pa., is a nonprofit agency that is part of the Catholic Social Services Archdiocese network. The organization consists of 10 community-based group homes and offers an independent apartment living program in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania. Its placement services include various programs and facilities, such as intake and evaluation programs, residential treatment facilities and step-down group homes. The organization also offers a community-based group home and supervised independent living services.
