They are anything but "professional". They send their "contractors" out without proper supplies or patient information and although they say that they encourage compliance with OSHA standards, they do not provide phlebotomists with an adequate amount of supplies to do so. They do not send out final paychecks because they are not held to employment laws, requiring the "contractor" to file a suit in small claims court. Horrible horrible little people.
