If I had the option to give them no stars I would but obviously I have to give them one star they was very unprofessional never on time and they robbed me for my money and my contract that they said we had so I wouldn't advise anybody to get work done by them

I had a fire and I signed with Premium. Next day I had a lot of family members saying I should cancel their contract because I didn't need an adjuster. I'm so glad I didn't listen to them. I was on the appt with Premium and the insurance company and I seen how they got me paid for things I wouldnt have ever thought I was entitled to. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Overall was very satisfied with their service. They handles things I wasn't prepared to handle.

Hired them after the insurance company came out and wanted to give me nothing. In fact, after my deductible I would of owed them money if that was possible. Premium came in and saved the day and got me paid.

Staff very knowledgeable. After my fire they spent 5 days in my house estimating all my contents that were effected by the smoke. The insurance company wanted to clean a lot of items but Premium got me bad to replace them. I was very pleased with the service they provided.

Premium Adjusters got me more then i ever imagined i would've got for my claim. When my home caught fire they were there for me day one to the day i had to be placed into Temporary housing (which they found for me), to the day my home was ready for my family and I to return to. I highly recommend them to anyone who has anything from a fire to flood damage. They were great i couldn't imagine handling it all alone. Thanks Premium, Mike and Staff!
