If you live in the area Bensalem Flooring is the company you want to be doing your next flooring project. Family owned business! I called them and they were out measuring and giving me a free estimate the next day! There was no pressure to buy. He gave me lots of information on different flooring--since I wasn't sure if I should get carpet or hardwood. Also was given lots of samples to see which flooring looked best in my home. Once I made a decision Frank came and installed carpet in my bedroom and hardwood throughout the first floor. I couldn't be happier with the new look! I even had him do my parent's house and my brother's. We are all very pleased with the work done, not to mention the reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and call Bensalem Flooring, rather than wasting time with big companies

iHUGE NIGHTMARE! Large single house new carpet through all but 2 small bedrooms. Started job a month ago- 2 rooms left undone with bare underlayment still there after 4 weeks (today) ,damaged freshly painted walls in every room , broken furniture & personal items ($600+ to repair/replace/retouch) - installed $47/yd carpet with grease all over, improper install with highly visible open seams, all carpet cut short throughout- some not on tack strip- visible staples sticking up in closets and baseboards in every (7) room with large gaps- took accountability only a week + of pushback (no offer to replace- refused insurance info- sole attempt- cleaned some of the grease off (still visible), rolled a seam with a huge gap at front door and threw in trash piece of the furniture broken off?) NOW? Leaves messages for his $$$ but no return calls- no work completed? LARGE deposit -has left us in a lurch with a MESS we now have pay to have corrected!
