Not very happy with the service. I called them Thursday. They called me and said they had sent a message to my local Lincare, and my husband should be getting a new machine Friday. Saturday, no machine. No service until Monday.

Terrible customer service; their employees are unprofessional and unqualified. I was treated very rudely and given misleading information. I have since found another company in Manchester.
