- New ConstructionMorgan’s Fine Finishes has worked as a subcontractor for many years on new construction and remodeling projects. We’ve developed methods and tools to reduce the impact a painter or finisher might have on a construction site. Although we take our work very seriously, particularly in the final finishing phase, we are sensitive to the schedule of a job. We realize that dry time, dust, and fume toxicity can interfere with this schedule, so we find it essential to collaborate with the carpenters, electricians, and other tradesmen, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We can tent, spray after hours, or even truck items (such as doors, cabinets, flooring, etc) back to our shop for pre- finishing. Efficiency is important to us, because of this we ensure at least one delivery box truck with a lift gate at every location, and can often assist our cabinet makers and project managers with pick up and delivery.

- SidingAt Morgan’s Fine Finishes, we have found that pre-finishing materials before they are installed has been an incredible time saver for both our clients and project managers. Time saved in labor and in the construction schedule creates a more efficient, smooth running, and cost effective job site, which is beneficial to all parties involved. We have had great success pre-finishing many aspects of the home, such as floors, moldings, doors, cabinets, windows, decking, siding, etc. When pre-finishing, rather than doing all work on site, the final interior work on a home can move very quickly. You can go from painted sheetrock to installing finished floors, doors, trim, etc, and lead right into carpet and final detail. Pre-finishing makes sense in terms of time and money.

- CarpentryMost of our locations offer a pre-finish shop, enabling craftsmen to pre-finish cabinet packages, flooring, trim, doors, furnishings, and window packages for you, prior to installation. For those products requiring extensive carpentry work upon installation (i.e. complex baseboard and casings, detailed cabinet moldings, beams, and windows), our onsite crews use proven techniques for creating a high quality, low impact finish environment while providing a well ventilated work space.
