General Info

I am a professional counselor living in Bend, Oregon. I meet with clients indoors and outdoors utilizing an innovative therapeutic approach. I work with people who feel sad, lonely, angry, have experienced a recent loss or life transition, and those who seek to find meaning and purpose amidst stressful, busy lives. I possess a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults who experience difficult emotions, thoughts, behaviors, or who find it hard to connect with others. As an EMDR-trained counselor, I view my clients through a trauma-informed lens. We all have experienced difficult things in our lives and counseling can help our minds and bodies heal.
