Deschutes County District Attorney s Office is a county department, responsible for enforcing the laws of Oregon, supporting the constitution and upholding and enforcing the integrity of the judicial and correctional systems. Located in Bend, Ore., the office reviews police reports alleging violations of laws within Deschutes County's boundaries and prosecutes crimes and violations reported therein. The department upholds court orders and provides a Victim Assistance Program which offers crime victims and the community an opportunity to be involved in the restorative process that diminishes the devastating impact of crime.
