We come to Bemidji every year to open up the cabin. We have been to SW the last two years and have loved it. Everyone is like family and the food is wonderfull. No pretence, though it is decorated well. Comfortable in jeans or suit...

What a great choice! Don't hesitate to try this place. They have it all. It's not any more expensive than any upscale casual dining restaurant, but much more fun and better food.

Someone from the grocery store told us we had to eat at Sparkling Water's, so we did. We were impressed with the staff and the overall great service and martinis. I had the special, the ribeye and seafood platter. It was way more than i could eat and prepared perfect. My wife said her pasta was better then at the Italian rest at home. Wonderfull! It was my birthday and they gave me a Creme Bruele. Wow, it was sweet and just the thing to finish a nice evening...I'm recommending it to everyone.

Went last night on Valentine's and had the sushi. Very good. Then we shared the special meal for two of various seafood. Everything was good, they were packed, but everyone was seated and we ate and left for a movie within 45 mins. Everyone we visited with was impressed in all areas. Dessert was great too, Apple Tartin, yum

Sent to sparkling waters by the hotel owner on the other side of town. Very nice atmosphere and decor. We started in the bar for half-price apps and moved to the balcony overlooking the lake for dinner. Professional, friendly and the food was to die for. I'm sending my recs everywhere i can.

My favorite restaurant in the area. It has it all, ie...a great happy hour, great menu w/ a variety of good, attractive, healthy meals and wonderfull servers who show they care that you are there.

Nice Happy Hour. Half-price appetizers and drinks. We went back the next day for lunch and equally as good. Very affordable and casual atmosphere. $10 for lunch and $20 for dinner...a great deal.

In town from Chicago and stayed across the street. Walked over and had a very good meal. The service was terrific and interested in us as visitors. Everything was as you would hope in an area that prides itself in it's uniqueness. Thanks for the very best...

Terrific addition to the area. Have a wonderful dinner and go to the BREC. The Halibut was perfect and Prime Rib was the best i ever had. Great all round experience.

Beautifull building. Very upscale, but affordable meals. Bemidji is better off with Sparkling Waters, as any community would be. The Seafood was great, as was the Prime Rib. Proves it doesn't have to be expensive to be nice.

Comfortable, relaxing, knowledgable and very friendly. Great addition to any community. Reasonable prices and terrific service. The best the area has to offer.

WOW, for a $35 plate you don't get much. The salad or lack there of was definatly more than a day old! Too expensive, low food quality and quantity! Go accorss the street and get a way better meal for half the price!
