Established in 1978, Geissler Engineering is a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary engineering firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Geissler Engineering specializes in the design of earthquake-resistant buildings, foundation engineering and seismic retrofit of existing buildings. Dr. Geissler is a court-approved expert in the field of soil subsidence, differential foundation settlement, property drainage, hydrology, storm water facilities and shoring systems used for the protection of adjoining property (i.e., Section 3307 of the California Building Code and Section 832 of the California Civil Code).
