Towed my vehicle in my apartments, while still on, lights on phone in car etc. damaged my vehicle entirely. Entirely DAMAGED! They maliciously towed my vehicle. They hunted sat and waited to tow it when i unloaded My boxes and things from my car on the loading zone. I was gone to put the packages in my home for 5 min if that. It was after 10 at night. The law:Spotting hunting for vehicles to tow is against the law! On private property even if contracted to tow for them, sitting and waiting to tow someone is against the law and confirms intent not to mention towing a vehicle still on! cant tow vehicle while on lights on and parked temporarily Must report vehicle as towed to law enforcement within 2 hrs They are responsible for full care of your vehicle and the proper handling of it while on their possession : ie my car shouldnt be inoperable, damaged or unable to turn on Bc of your negligence and damages(a full list of damages were done) done to it.The law goes on and on for this please know the law so you can seek justice .

This company towed my car from a visitors space while I was visiting a friend at their condo. They did not leave a warning. I had visited many times before and was never towed. My friend had never heard that a visitor was required to have a permit. This towing company comes every night hunting for cars to tow. Then they charge $175 dollars to get your car back. Call PG County to report this company.

This company came on to private property and towed a car that was owned by a visitor parked in a Visitor space. No signs stating that a Visitor must have a tag. Worker was nice but Manager and owner were not responsive. I WILL be suing this company. I will cost them 10 times there price. DO NOT do business with this company - horrible!!!

The worst company u would want for help or work for. Rick Chambers...total crooke. Stills property from other companies, jack up towing fees, very rude and disrespectful a Racist . Not to mention his partner in crime Thomas (Tom) E. Pistole. Watch out for these guys...u don't want to do business with them. Also owns Silver Spring Towing, Authorize Towing.

A complete rip off. Workers using alcohol and drugs while working, and they go through your vehicle to take merchandise and hope that you forget

This is the worst towing company in the world. Very unprofessional and a rip off. They need to be burned down, closed down or shut down. The owner is very rude and racist
