Dad's installed a $2,000 Miele dishwasher in my home in 2005. Six years later (2011) it became dislodged from the cabinets next to it. A Miele dishwasher can only be installed by a company properly certified to do so; Dad's is certified. Yet, they used only two screws, instead of 4 to anchor the dishwasher. They never installed the bottom two screws. The top two screws snapped off from the pressure of closing the dishwasher door after 6 years. Because it was six years later, they would not come out and repair the dishwasher without charging me for it. Miele is a great product. I am very happy with the dishwasher. I do not recommend Dad's to install it.
