Catering by Uptown is a full-service catering company providing personalized menus, access to more than 50 event sites and general event planning services. Its menus include a variety of dishes, such as New England raw bar, baby greens, country breads, grilled swordfish marinated in lime and cilantro, red-skin roasted potatoes, wild mushroom soup, roasted sea bass, saffron raviolini, poached pears au vin rouge, and a variety of hors d'oeuvres. Its menu additionally features chicken calvados, chicken Renoir stuffed with asparagus and prosciutto, Moroccan chicken brochettes and chicken marsala, and a variety of desserts. All its menu selections include necessary catering equipment, including tables, white chairs, china, silver, glassware, serving pieces, kitchen equipment, coat check setups, and votive candles for seating tables, buffets and bars. Catering by Uptown is located in Beltsville, Md.

We had a great experience with Catering by Uptown at the Bayfront Club! We got a lot of compliments on the food and location. Brittany was an amazing day of coordinator and made sure everything went smoothly on our special day. Everything went exactly as planned down to the last detail. We highly recommend CBU!

I cannot thank Catering by Uptown enough for the great tasting food they provided for my wedding! They are a very professional company to work with, they provided a sample menu to me prior to my wedding, and the day of the wedding it tasted just the same. All my guests enjoyed the food, I really recommend them, such a reliable catering company to work with!
