You can do yoga once, or you can do it for the rest of your life. (tm)

General Info

I was a professional dancer in Boston, MA, and New York, NY for 15 years and along with ballet class, I practiced yoga. Studying Dance, Yoga and Pilates as well as music has always inspired and fascinated me. While studied ballet I was taught the principles of functional anatomy and movement flow and I emphasizie these principles in my yoga class. I teach an Astanga inspired vinyasa yoga class that is energetic, with a flowing sequence of postures with attention to proper alignment and attention to breath.I am thankful for the teachers in my life, Lindsey Clennell, Shelley Washington, David Swenson, Christine Wright, and my Mom.
