the last three packages have been left at the post office. I usually receive an email that the package was attempted to be delivered. Funny thing is my wifre and I are both retired and are home all day long. No one has come to the door or left a note. Seems like the driver has found an easy way to deliver packages.

Placed my order on February 5,2017 for a gift to my son so there would be plenty of time for delivery. I receive a notice by email that my package was delivered on the 15th. There was no package to be found so I contact the seller and he says the package was sent back to them and I needed to contact UPS. I contact UPS and have to listen to an individual that has a problem speak English but we manage to struggle through to get the needed information. He said my address was correct on the package but the driver could not locate my house. It is soooo amazing to me that the mail is delivered here everyday for the past 17 years and all my packages that were delivered by Federal Express and UPS for the same 17 years have been delivered with no issues. Now all of a sudden this driver can't find my house and can't leave a notice in a mailbox so I may stand in the road and wave the UPS truck down and point at my house. There is no phone number to call the Belton UPS so one can give directions or complain.

Driver left my packages under a tree several hundred yards from my house. The packages were closer to the county road than to my house. I just happen to see the a day and a half after they were delivered.

SECOND time the UPS driver delivered my packages to someone on the next street over just because we have the same house number. Did the driver even read the street name?!!

Worst experience with shipping ever.. After speaking to 2 supervisors and the call center my package was not deliver and I had to drive from harker heights to belton.. Never again will we ship anything ups as long as belton is handling my shipping!!!!
