have used them for a couple of years. They did a repair on my system and failed to report the repair to the County Health Department. Then after being summoned to appear in court they again agreed to provide proof of repair. They failed to do so again and I ended up with a fine of more than $700. During the whole process they said they were going to take care of it. Promised if there was a fine they would pay it. I just spent 15 minutes with the owner yelling at me to shut up and it was my fault and they have not accountability. Looking for a new maintenance company.

e been a customer since 2008, had a few unreliable companies prior to them.. centex has always communicated with me on everything. I have had more issues with the aerobic system and they made repairs when needed. Recently my motor on compressor failed also the timer. They came out in a timely manner and repaired the system. Didn't have to wait on parts. ( parts online were 100 more than what they charged) I will continue to stay a customer of centex aerobic!!!! Excellent customer service!!!! Thank you

Great company just had some work done. Great work service tech is very knowledgeable . This company is not out to rip you off. If your looking for a company call them with your problem.

We have had Cen-Tex Aerobics for several years, the maintenance has been very poor. We had to actually get another company to check our system, due to poor care by this company. We had another company that came out on Tuesday and cleaned the filters, etc. The system was a mess, I actually saw the tank on this day when the other company came out. Cen-tex always came out when no one was home, and we had no ideal whether or not the system was being checked appropriately. Centex came out on Thursday two days later after I observed all of the maintenance on Tuesday, and left a note on the door that they had cleaned filters, etc. They did not maintain this system per our contract. We just renewed a contract and will not be able to get our money back, we are switching to a company that scheduled visits, so the landowners can see what is happening to our system. They did nothing to our system on Thursday but is taking the credit for the work that another company performed. You need to look at
