Owner of this company is dishonest and rude. I called to dispute an issue and rather than work it out he blamed the problem on me and belittled me for wanting the problem resolved. NOT RECOMMENDED!

A local favorite, or highly recommended because, Where others said it could not be done he did. Recovered all my lost files after Geek Squad said it could not be recovered. Thanks EZ Tech Guys

HORRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT USEI would give no stars if possible. This is one guy working out of his house in Belton - I took him 3 laptops and he claimed he fixed them. It took me over a month to get my laptops back (after numerous phone calls and emails). Once I did, all three laptops still have the same problems. I called and he offered to come out and actually fix them, but failed to show up for the two appointments he made to do this. I then requested a refund, and he stated he would give a partial refund, but never did. I contacted him at least 5 times about this, with no response. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but he isn't responding to them either.In short - he doesn't respond to anything, is unprofessional, lied about fixing my computers and lied about giving me a refund. Do not use his services... I sincerely doubt he can fix any computer.
